All non-vaccinated arrivals into the UK are currently required to self-isolate for 10 days and take a PCR test on or before Day 2 and on or after Day 8. This package includes two Government-approved tests to take. The tests are sent to your isolation location, with free delivery and return labels to send to the lab.

You will need to book your test before you travel to England. This is so you can enter details of the test when you opt into the scheme on your passenger locator form. When you order your test we will ask you for information to register the test with the UK Government. Both tests are included in this package.

The tests will be despatched via DPD the day after ordering, for next day delivery. Please ensure that there is someone at the isolation address to receive these. The tests will arrive together at your location and are to be taken on or before Day 2 of your isolation and on or after Day 8 of your isolation. The price of the test includes free delivery to your location of isolation and then onto the lab via our prepaid delivery label. Results will be sent to you by email.

This test is a legal requirement for all non-vaccinated arrivals to the UK. Please check the status of your vaccine and whether it is accepted by the UK Government here. If the vaccine is not accepted then you must book a Day 2&8 package: vaccines accepted

This is a PCR swab test that tells you if you are currently infected with Coronavirus. Your results will either be ‘Positive’, ‘Negative’ or ‘Inconclusive’ (test to be retaken). Taking these tests will make you compliant with the current regulations for travelling into the UK.

Everything you need to carry out the test will be sent to selected address. Once you have taken your swab, it is sent to our UKAS ISO accredited lab to analyse the results, in the same way the NHS, Government and Public Health England tests are.

Your results will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the test being received at the lab. Please note that all tests are sent to us via Royal Mail and there are occasionally delays with this service. CT24 cannot be responsible for any delays or issues with Royal Mail.

Our PCR tests are the ‘gold standard’ in detecting infection for Covid-19 and the same tests that the NHS, UK Government and Public Health Use. They are processed by our UKAS ISO accredited lab and are 99.7% accurate with the correct sampling technique.

We keep your data secure in our system and ensure your privacy is maintained throughout the process. All samples are disposed of following analysis.

Please note that positive tests results will be shared as anonymised data with Public Health England as this is a legal obligation.
