To decide when you need to take your test, you will need to check the requirements with your airline and/or destination. Most locations require results within 48 hours of your flight leaving but please check this thoroughly as it is your responsibility to ensure you receive your results in the right timeframe. You can choose either standard or next day delivery at checkout.
Your Fit to Fly certificate will be dated for the time your results are processed and will be emailed within 3 hours of submitting the test.
This test will tell you whether you are positive or negative with Covid-19. The test is a government requirement of the country to which you are travelling. Please check your destination of travel for specific rules.
Everything you need to carry out the test will be sent to you. The test displays results within 15-30 minutes, which can be read in person and are validated by our Healthcare team via the online verification system. This test does not require a Laboratory or for you to submit a postal sample.
Once we have received your results from the validation team, we will generate a Fit to Fly certificate that will include your name, DOB, passport number, test result, time and date of sample/result and a signature from a Doctor. This is the standard certificate accepted by all airlines but if you need anything else please ask.
This will depend on your airline and destinations regulations, but you usually need a negative result within 48 hours of your flight. Please check with your airline and/or destination country as this can differ.
